Delivery And Shipping Policy

All product purchases that are downloadable or designed for online use are typically made available to the customer within 48 working hours after a successful transaction. In case of audio/video training products such as DVDS the product shall be delivered in a maximum 7 working days after successful transaction provided that the customer has provided his/her appropriate delivery address. A Zaidi Corporation shall not be responsible for delay in delivery products purchased in case of causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or labor disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event.

All training materials such as DVD’s sold on www.zaidicorp.in are sold with the joint understanding that the customer possesses a basic knowledge of computer systems and Video /DVD player. No returns will be accepted due to the inability of the user to understand and utilize the product because of a lack of knowledge of these basic computer functions or DVD player.
